In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error ("Palpable Error"), bd9992 reserves the right to void that bet after the fact, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. bd9992 will notify affected players via their registered email address and return stakes in full. bd9992 will not pay out winnings calculated on a palpably erroneous price.
bd9992 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per market category. Maximum payout limits are displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. bd9992 reserves the right to reduce maximum payout limits for individual accounts where betting patterns suggest professional betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of pricing anomalies.

Any uncleared bonus balance at the expiry date is forfeited automatically. All promotional deadline times are stated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bd9992 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
